That's lovely of you to say @outlander, and the feeling is mutual. So many wonderful people in this community, it's great to see people chatting more often 
Doing good, a relaxing evening on the couch. How are you? That coughing sounds painful! You're probably already doing something like this, but sliced lemon, sliced ginger and a spoonful of manuka honey in tea seems to help here

the coughing has eased for now thankfully. been in front of the heater and having warm drinks so has been helpful. and just watching modern family as well.

Yes, a very busy day tommorow. I'm going to coffee meet to offer support to a new volunteer host.
I also have appointments with my GP, pdoc and Pyschologist all close together. And I've been asked to help out at the op shop as well.
