Thanks sis 💜 its been some long days as is tomorrow. I spent half the day panicing that i couldnt find my phone when it was in my hand the entire time so its been one of those days.
Lots of emotions and things on my mind and happening but not to many words.

Ive been listening to music and playing phone games to wind down abit. Ive actually been sleeping abit better since being on thr new meds. Its helped heaps with my heart stuff which was keeping me up as well. I feel like im sleeping alot though but i dont want to jinx it and go back to sleeping an hr or so a night.
Ive been missing you though. I know youve been around but i enjoy just sitting with you too. @Sans911

Yes I often think about during the day. I feel really calm when we sit together.
Both boys are asleep on the bed. I gave them a pat from you earlier. Mr A has his face covered again 😽

Yeh im still having alot of waking on and off but the intervals are longer so im getting around 2 or 3 hrs before i wake or i sleep a straight 5/6 hrs which is good. Have been feeling abit off colour through the day though.
A sense of calm is good 😘
