Would anyone know how to turn off notifications just for one thread? I know how to stop all emails and stuff but i want to unsubscribe from just one thread. Being intentionally ignored i find triggerring so find its best to disengage but im not sure how to stop notifications

Would anyone be able to help please?

Do you know how to go into your profile ? It’s under subscriptions in there ..... you can turn off particular threads.

While its upsetting i cant please everyone so its best to avoid there for my own mh. Theyve other supporters so thats the main thing

I really want to get ready for bed, but one of my four-legged children has climbed into my lap. This is such a rare thing I'm savouring it for all I can. But I'm also getting uncomfortable too

I needed that

I have felt very hurt by being ignored, especially when it seemed to be deliberate. I would tke a week off and eventually learned that subscription tip.

It is funny the way our hearts can be so full with what goes on here on the forum ... there can be a million reasons why these things happen ... sometimes I have tried to "fix it" or work things through ... gradually I have learned to disconnect when I am hurting ,,, self care ... then safe people .. etc ....

For me it has been huge knowing that I do have "safe" people.
