its strange isnt it @Former-Member its been bugging me but its nothing bad. when i contacted my pych that ill be going back to i couldnt find the email address in email contacts so went through the website but the ones they have like most are the ones where you jsut sned them an email without knowing their details till they respond. i know i meantioned i was a past client, the mhcp and the sessions life but i have this strange feeling i sent it before actually asking what i wanted. i thought about sending it again but i dont want to send it twice and i cant actually remember what i said in the first place!

@outlanderI email my psych sometimes especially in times of distress and then we go over those emails in our appt. I can never remember what I wrote and when he reads them to me I can't believe I wrote some things!!

so strange! your psych knows when your distressed at least! @Former-Member my psych runs through reception not personal psych email. to get to her i have to go through reception. ill prob get an email back tomorrow 'what is your point?' haha

My times change for the worse @outlander but thanks,you seem to have the optimism you didn't have before. If only I could take some.🐒

Not sure if it is dissociating a bit. Pdoc spoke about that to me today too because it happens quite a lot. Might be something like that for you too
