Re: rough time

of course you would be working that out

@Zoe7thank you, and that sounds pretty good to me. now with school back as well i can structure things alot easier and not be so scrambled. so you think its doable?

Re: rough time

I think it is do-able @outlander but I am not the one who will be doing the doing lol - you need to work that out for yourself - can you reallistically handle it right now - if the answer is yes then go for it - if it is no - then enrol later in the year

Re: rough time

i have some good news... i went through all my medicare claims- it is so updated! it has all my gp appointments and pathology appts and everything on there- all 12 pages of it!

anyway ive realised that i actually have 3 sessions left in my mhcp before i even need to renew it and will be going back to my old therpist who does ACT, DBT, CBT, schema therapy and exposure therapy. i remember going to ehr and she was really nice and wasnt to hard to talk to so will be going back to her. after telling her the dog situation (not mantioning SA) she had suggested ACT and exposure therapy as well as DBT before she even knew much about me.

Re: rough time

Just got back from taking mother to specialists @outlander,good quote but question if it's true after the times I have been violated through s.assault, through using my obesity to put me down etc.like everyone else. One of my faults is I can't put on a front and cover up,which can show your vulnerabilities.
