Re: rough time

@outlandertoday has been ok. Starting to go downhill again with those thoughts returning. What is it about nights? Need to get to sleep early tonight. Have to leave home at 7:30am. Got pdoc in morning and meeting for workcover. Have to drive into city in peak hour traffic

I am glad you have been able to rest today even with your sisters being there.

Re: rough time

@outlanderglad it is not only me that thinks that. Night time comes and my brain switches. Super frustrating

No, the kids will stay here. Someone coming over to watch them. They would just have to sit in the waiting room. I sometimes have a leaky moment after the pdoc and don't want them to see that either.

What are your plans for tomorrow?

Re: rough time

@outlander it's even better when I can see it clearer. I don't use my laptop or tablet much. Mostly my phone. I've often been astounded when I seen members avatars in a bigger size. I like the top watercolour too.

I'm just about home after taking care of my friend's kids. I'm exhausted. I'm not used to getting up early and going out to do stuff ALL day. I get up early at home to feed the cat, but then I go back to bed and either doze or read for a couple more hours. These last two days have really shown how much toll my MI has taken on my physical health. It's really frustrating how easily I get tired. Much of the time I have to cut my chores of the day up into smaller chunks.

I also helped the removalists today when they came. And took her daughter down to the primary school to finalise her enrolment and get uniforms.

I no longer have a vehicle anymore either, so I'm faced with public transport. This doesn't bother me, but it does mean extra walking and waiting.

Re: rough time

@Former-Member @outlander

Yep, same here with evenings. Definitely like a switch being flipped. And weekends. I really hate weekends. I guess it's probably because I have very little social life. Actually make that non existent social life. I can't remember the last time I saw a movie with a friend. Or went out for dinner with a someone other then my mother!

I feel so lost, alone and empty. And my kind plays havoc with these thoughts and twists them into negative arrows!

I'll be thinking of you tommorrow @Former-Member
