@outlanderI know you don't want to do to hospital, but you cannot keep going on like this. Something needs to happen quickly.

Atm i took pain relief again for stomach troubles but i dont feel well at all. Ive got the massive nausea coming over and the lump in throat thing happening.
I havent taken my ads for a day as ive been too unwell
I dont wanr them to admit me again Nell im scared of going there.

@outlanderI know you are scared of going there but what is going on for you atm is not healthy hun, and you need to put your health first.
I have to go, get ready for psych app. Will be back on later today. Take care sis, try and do some self caring today.

i know @Former-Member but i really dont want to go- if sane chat is working, im going to try that if its not i dont know. im worried if i even ask for sleeping tablets from anywhere they are going to send me off cause its all on record of my past.
if you want to talk about your psych appointment your more than welcome- either way you know you have my support

i know @Bunniekins it goes with guidelines but i dont want to worry anyone so will do it offline. i still may end up at the ED, i just really dont want to go, but im running out of options to keep safe.
i did find this picture i took a little whil ago- like 2 yrs ago now from when i went to the zoo.
it reminds me of people here. @Former-Member@soul@Former-Member@NatalieS@Sans911 and everyone following is welcome. i cant rotate but notice how the yellow bird is 'hugging' the other bird by putting its wing over it. this is a real picture btw not from the internet and editted.

@outlander one more night and if no sleep you really should seriously consider hospital. I know you dont want to go but you are running out of options and you do want to be safe. Please seriously think about it.
