That's so true about knowing limitations @esprit and not pushing beyond them. I am about to move house and my daughter has moved back home due to nessecity. Not sure what to do as I do not want to let those who need me down. The problem is I feel I have already reached my limations - but countless will be let down and disadvataged if I don't go on the board. A moral dilemma.
How is your job going? Have the dizzy spells settled a little?

Hi @esprit - good to hear from you again. You are right - it can be a vicious cycle. I found it took me awhile to get my anxiety under control and I had to be careful not to place myself under too much stress or worry or it would re-trigger. So I stay away from stress and toxic people as much as I can. But as you know we cannot avoid all stress. It can be frustrating.
Menieres disease must be challenging for you at times. Are you happy with the medical treatment you are receiving for it?
Its very hot here today, so it's been difficult to accomplish much. Have just done some vacuuming and clearing out cupboards etc. How has your day been? How are you going now?
