No one ever gets why I do what I do I just wish that someone can see all my pain That one person I wished to see it never did And now I’m left here alone and confused
That one person who I trusted so much left Now I can’t tell what’s wrong from right She meant the world to me She left so suddenly It was so stupid I’m left here to cry myself to sleep
Everyone tells me not to cry but they never know why I do They wonder what’s behind my walls What am I hiding from them? I’m hiding everything from everyone
That is left unexplained They always ask me why I’m so distant I never tell them why I’m afraid of the things that I have to hide My problems are like an untouched checklist Never to be solved Never to be completed It just sits there making me feel horrible
There so lucky They don’t know my dark side The side that they don’t see in me The one person that will never show They will never know
I was always left to fight my battles alone I constantly struggle through everything I thought I was going to get some soldiers along the way but no No one to pick me up when I fall down No one to really understand, Who I truly am Everyone has their own dark side But what am I?
Still feeling lonely Dont know what to do I have 3 app today Anf then i have my nephew staying over tonight. So going to be a full on day

Re: THE dark side
My smile hides my tears. My laugh hides my screams. It's been this way for years. Things aren't as they seem.
I always seem so happy. With not a care in the world. But you should know sadly, Many things go untold.
Nobody really knows me. They only know my cover. But I wish I could let it free. Let them know what's under.
But instead I practice My smiles in the mirror. Then the next thing I do is Make my fake laugh clearer.
What is wrong? You need help? Is all they will ask. So I have decided To live behind a mask.

Re: THE dark side
@Bubbles3 takes so much courage to delve into the trauma. I can imagine that after a session like that you might feel especially sensitive. Definatley not the ideal time to find out that your lap top is damaged! Sounds like a shit day. Be genetle with yourself tonight.

Re: THE dark side
I can hear hard it is. Not easy stuff, this bussiness of digging into the past, and then having to come back to the present without residual bad feelings still hanging around. Hang in there, you are doing so well. Give us a call if you need to talk things through.
