We ended up going out for the day.
Just realised ive mixed up my meds and not feeling crash hot now, so i am going to bed.

Im good. Tired, but i did heaps. Cleaning, then cooking. Most of it worked out. They were all new recipes i tried out.

Well i finally made it to the pool today!
Only thirty minute swim, but didnt stop. Not bad for saying its been over three years.
