Im sorry i haven't been around much since our conversation, but i have been thinking about you every day.
How are you doing today?
I hope you didnt interpret me not being around as not caring about you.
I think you are a very brave young man, who is doing the best he can. It take courage and insight to make things change.
You are completing an apprenticeship
You are being a positive role model for your siblings.
You are developing a positive relationship with them.
Your making a difference in their lives as well as your own.
I know only too well how lonely it can be. At times to feel so alone and like noone cares.
But through all this you are showing your resilience
You are gaining inner strength, awareness and making significant changes.
There are people here on the forum that really care about you. Look how many responces you have had on this thread. They genuinely care about you.
I wonder if you have heard of headspace? Its for young people like yourself.It would be worth googling and see if they have centre near you.
I am going out soon, but will check in this afternoon. Its ok if you dont want to talk to me. I understand.

Thanks @Chris i do know of headspace its where my current psych is not that I really like seeing then because I don't @Bubbles3 bad

What have you been doing today.?
I went out early, well 10am. It was just over thirty degrees. Its now fourty seven! Thank goodness for air conditioning. Poor leo's bowls have been invaided with sugar ants. Hes a happy boy now, been fed very early. He was harrasing me. Now washing himself ready to go back to sleep. Oh its a cats life!

I dont really know anything about headspace. My grandaughter who was about sixteen at the time was really depressed, and my psychiatrist sugested headspace. My daughter took her there a couple of times, but for some reason my daughter really didnt like it and refused to take her there again. My psychiatrist couldnt understand why and had nothing but praise for them. But i guess its what works for you.

Well Mr Leo has repositioned himself in his dads chair. It has a nice new cover on it! He has spread himself the full width of the chair and looking very content!
