Cyber conversations have a safety aspect.
Otherwise forums would not work.
@Former-MemberI wont agree with you if you put yourself down.
Being too reactive where you cant control impulses like that is tough ... on you .. and your mentors.
I dont have much knowledge about anger management courses.
I just try to channel mine creatively.

Hi @Former-Member
I can't possibly come here everyday so I missed a bad moment - or a bad day - in your life - I think I do have a bit of insight into what's happening with you
It seems to me you have a problem with anger management and I think at some stage - or more - we have all had a problem with it - and we are after all - as someone said - a works-in-progress - we are all still on a learning curve and right now for you this is really hard.
To me it seems that if you get angry first and other people pull back you are getting in first and somehow saying to yourself that you knew all along that other people would pull away - and this is a self-fulfilling prophecy - it will go that way because this is what has happened so often
I have been through the other side of this - with a young person so angry with the way the world works that it was really scary - and it is safe for us on-line - but when confronted with an angry young person in reality is really scary and if this is what happens - well - in one way you are protecting yourself by building up a force-field with your anger - but also - this leaves you in a bad place also - you are alone and loneliness is everything it's cracked-up to be - and I really do get it - I understand
Only you can fix this - yes - you do need help with anger management but inside you your self-protection technique - which is rather faulty actually - says - "Get them before they get me" and you don't give those people a chance
And I do understand - but you do need help with anger-management
I might have a lot more insight than you can imagine - I know you are not on-line right now - so I will be back later to check - and i hope you are okay -
Whether you get back to Reach Out or you get back here I wish you the best - I really do get it Jay and I know life is hard for you - it's hard for a lot of people and alas - it is the only life we have
Catch you later
