Hi Forumities and Moderators!
I'm wondering if it's possible to change the scroll bar default so it doesn't fade out while i'm reading. I read most posts in threads I enjoy and it becomes monotonous to have to keep moving the curser from the scroll button so I can scroll up/down the page.
No biggie of course; just wondering if it's possible.
Many thanks;
Hope4me 🙂

Thanks so much @NikNik
I've changed my web browser and the problem's solved! It occurred on Edge and Explorer but Chrome has fixed the glitch.
My best and appreciate your effort..
