What are you doing tonight @TheVorticon - is it just a chill out and get through night or is there something you can do to take your mind off how you are feeling a little?

I'm gonna go for a quick jog. That'll force me to deal with being afraid of going outside and afraid that if I start running I'm not going to stop - I'm nowhere near fit enough for that to be a realistic thought. 😉

I'm watching a show on netflix, then prob some guitar before bed. I want to move my keyboard by the computer so I'll play it more often but haven't figured out where to put it yet.
