I don't know what's going on. I just feel alone and afraid and my thoughts are stuck on something harmful.
It's like everything's hopeless and I can't do what I need to do so I need to not be here so it doesn't have to be done.
I know this doesn't make sense. It just hurts yet feels like nothing, I'm worried but need to be terrified. A paradox balanced on the tip of a needle waiting for the slightest vibration to send all shit to the fan.

That makes so much sense @TheVorticon - you basically don't know which way to turn because every avenue feels like you are still lost and alone - I have been there so many times and it is hard to know how to get through it. I know how tough that can be but I am here listening and keeping you company tonight
