It was the only way I could get the energy to do what I did. I stopped eating sugar years ago, except for the odd little thing here & there. Yet the BIG sugar burst made me like Super Girl, if I had wings I'm sure I would have flown!! Hahar just playing with you!
Today, I am soooooooo sleepy I have not even been able to get off the bed, or the lounge once I sit down, a total turn around from yesterday. I'm on a downer from sugar as I haven't even eaten any proper food as yet, & its 3:52 pm . I have no appetite that sugary food (Chocolate cream biscuits & a whole bag of Crinkle Cut Chips)has given me a heavy stomach feeling. I never eat that sorta food & in such a large amount!!
I am tired from all the hard work I did with all my body damage as BOY am I sore every where!! OUCH!
I have my Anti inflammatory Tabs & strong pain relief, so it would be much worse without.
The Fish oil tabs, I have been taking in highest strength, so my joints are not stiff at the moment. I have a sore throat as I am still recovering from the cold.
I think my sugar burst was a good idea just for 1 day. I could not eat like that again for a long time, if ever!!
The phone call to NZ was transferred call using the free calk number from Australia, so it is just the price of a local call. It was an Australia Help line that was too busy to take the call, so they got NZ branch to help out. I feel blessed as the Councillor was my Angel, sent to build my self Esteem, & teach me the truth. You can apply what she told me to yourself as its like she was talking to us both, with the same issues we have. XXXXXXOOOOO Its for you too!

This lady pointed out my STRENGTHS as I spoke & all I did was tell her the same things I would say to a family member, which either hangs up on me, or puts me down. She pointed out the care in my heart, & did not tell me I am just wanting Sympathy like my family say. She talked to me as if I am valuable & not just a burden who needs to be pushed aside like my family do.
She told me that from what I shared with her that I am intelligent & very loving & kind. I never have been told that by my family. What this unknown Lady did for me was so much more that all the conversations I have had in the past, with family. She made me see who I really am, & she was not my family. I believed her, because I suppose I looked at myself through her words, & she was really like a best friend in that short time to me. Funny hey??

Thats really great @Former-Member its good to be able to see yourself as a friend. I cant do that. I just trudge along atm. Maybe write that tip down for when you need it or find youve forgotten it.
