I woke up & started to think about you, not that it's the first time.
I am not staying long, as I have not sorta things out as yet for myself.
I want to tell you that, I am thinking about you, & caring for you.
You are in my prayers, & I suppose I built a friendship with you first from when I first joined sane.
Its hard to forget a friend that I love, so I needed to come back & let you know this fact.
You have other friends in Sane, who you have loving friendships with & I know you are not lonely.
I honestly do not as yet, so my friendship with you is special to me. Even tho I keep my distance a little in SF, I do that so you can get the help you need, from the ppl you love.
I don't have to offer you what they do.
I have I am offering myself, in an off Cyber world situation, I am the friend you do fun things with type.
I am not implying in any way that you never have fun with anyone in SF.
I know for my own mental health to flourish, I need distractions & peace to stay well most times.
Rather than to talk about the things that stressed me, from my past.

Ok, that's enough rambling, I hope you are feeling ok today? I hope you have some peace of mind, & emotions today?
I hope that you have some healthy food & nice calming soothing relaxing time doing something you like to do?
I hope you giggle at yourself, or someone/something, today.
Most of all, I hope you know, & feel, LOVED today, & hopefully, every day!

Im sorry you feel you havent got those connections as yet but i cherish you and the times we spend together talking about whatever. Not everything spoken here has to be about mh issues which is what i like too. Id rather share the good times too like when we talked about the animals and shared those cute baby animal pics. I wouldnt want you to change Bella, yes i have other connections that are special to me but your special to me too. Dont change who you are 💖
How are your painting going? Im practicing one stroke paintings have you heard of those? They are hard or thats what im finding anyway...
Im am glad you are getting things sorted offline, hows your aches and pains going?

I hope GOD is answering my prayers for you.
I have not heard of one stroke painting sounds interesting I can look it up via internet today.
No , change as yet with pain unfortunately. I have gr8 Faith & trust, & perseverance, I will not give up believing for a brake through.
I know when I see my very caring PD he will help me & talking to him will be awesome!
22nd March, can not come quick enough for me. That's my appointment date, he is a busy man.
You have some Stunning horses there to keep I love the look of them, I hope you love them too. My gift to you!

One stroke painting is cool
Take a look at art clas think its on the carers side therws some examples there too. Its so hard! And theres a youtube link that F&H shared amd teaches qtip painting. Ive just done that painting. Ill share my pic later when im on the computer. Im actually happy with the way it turned out despite not having very good painting skills
Hmm not good about the pain in really hope it eases soon and understand that sort of pain. Becomes quite annoying after a while.
Only a few more weeks till you see your pdoc. I hope he helps you 💕
