Hi my friends, this is Bella here, I thought how nice & lovely to have a Thread for Christians. I am not talking about Religion, GOD is Love, GOD gives free will to us all in the world. I have a relationship with GOD through HIS Word-The Bible, most of my life. I became a Pentecostal Christian many years ago. Would you like to come join me here in this Thread?

I am excited about starting it, you can just sit relax, chat about your love, for GOD & JESUS. Or post encouragement for others. Support, or be supported with Prayer. Hey, would you like to, Praise & post links to Praise & Worship music? Stories, or experiences, poetry, fun things to help us have a giggle, lovely pictures, photos, there are so many things you can post & chat about that will Bless & Build us up in The LORD! Life is about giving, loving, healing flows from a loving heart, whom purely wants to- just give!

I can relate to that too Eude, I have not had the best day yesterday, either. 😞
Its 12:45 am here now I will not stay in Forum much longer. I just logged in for a little look.
I am honestly sad that you have such a messed up life from all your Mental Health Challenges.
My life got seriously messed up too from- Trauma & sickness, plus FEAR!
I only cope because of my- Meds & Physiotherapy groups, I attended, & learnt from. PLUS my relationship with GOD through HIS Word.
I still get anxiety attacks, when pushed to overload of emotions, that's why I take time out, to regroup my thoughts, in a healthier way.
Have you ever attended Psychotherapy Eude?
Maybe that is something to consider, if you have not already tried it.
I did not have to pay it was covered by Medicare.

I think its a good thing to just have time out from doing things when needed, you have to relax, & unwind.

Just make sure you eat, drink healthy foods & fluids to help your body to function at its best, please as I do care about you, ok. 🙂
