Words are like weapons, sometimes @eudemonism please stop & think about us all in CT before posting, whats on your mind. We all care, yet we are just flesh & bl..d & have needs, too. We are not GOD, we all are trying to help our selves by learning about GODS LOVE, & protection. The Bible is a complex book of stories, & needs, its best to be read with an open mind.
The Old Testiment is of a time when things & people were very cruel, & selfish there was no love on earth & people disobeyed GOD'S warnings.
GOD changed that through sending JESUS CHRIST to show us how to love unconditionally, & to represent GOD on earth. Without this Sacrific, of the most highest proof of LOVE, for us all, we as human beings had no chance to learn about LOVE, should we choose to?
JESUS is GODS Heavenly son, HE was equipt & HE knew HIS fate & accepted it. JESUS was created by GOD for this so that we as GODS creations & LOVED children, can have free will to choose, GOD & JESUS, as our ABBA Father, & LORD JESUS. To follow & learn, obey, & have a better life.
It does brake hearts to read the true story, I understand this fact. GOD needs to brake our hard earthly heart, so that our heart is renewed & can be able to understand, & accept GODS Word, & HIS Heavenly LOVE.
So that our life will have meaning, & the old sin we carry will be washed away, through the LOVE & selfless sacrific of LORD JESUS, whom was just like us in the flesh.
Yet, in the SPIRIT HE is a KING!
So when you read the Bible maybe you can read with an open mind, & write down words, & phrases, verses, etc & go on line to -

We are not recruits, there are many faulse doctrines in this world. Please be careful not to be decieved & angry & confused by them.
We are simply Children of GOD, & we are not a Religious cult. There is always free will, thats how GOD planned it to be. Its a Christian walk, step by step. Please don't try & rush it.
If you do rush it, you will be discouraged, confussed, & burnt out. Others will get hurt, from you being too complex, & all over the place. I know I get worn out when I do the same.
Ok, I hope what I shared helps you, as I am just one of GODS Children who loves & cares!
All GLORY goes to GOD, I get frazzled when I take on too much. I do what I feel in my heart is what GOD would want me to do. Yet, I do NOT have all the answers?
I have GR8 FAITH, & GR8 TRUST in GOD & HIS word, this is where my strength comes from. If I take my eyes off GODS Word, I do not cope.
