Being my/GODS Angel is a beautiful Heavenly Honour. When you are in pain, & feeling down, or upset, for some reason?
You can picture the beauty of who GOD created you to be, & how I see you, through my Spiritual eyes. Don't forget. The Beautiful, cheeky Angel, whom cares for animals, nature, & her loved ones, is YOU!

My pleasure Holly, Sometimes I will type prayer support on the Thread. So feel free to go with what ever you feel led in your Spirit to do.
I am very concerned for @eudemonism as I have not been able to help him like I would love to?
He is suffering big time & needs so much to be heard & understood.
I personally have not had his challenges Mentally, & with the MHS, & Meds, like he does.
I have prayed & encouraged him, he really is a lovely down to earth man. Maybe you, or someone else who has a better understanding of his concerns, will support him in CT. I really hope so.

No way are you an Evil Spirit, outlander.
The thoughts you are having seem real, I totally understand this fact, yet they are just thoughts. No more, no less, just thoughts.
If you can practise trying to separate your thoughts from the reality of who you are, then when you have those thoughts you can recognizes the lie from the truth.
Its just a mind game, like a trick to make you believe it.
I wish you & I could draw together, we could draw an evil spirit on the paper, no matter what it looks like, its a personal individual idea of our own, Then draw an Angel, or a good Spirit, once again no right or wrong how ever we want it to look, as long as its good.
Then put both drawings on the table in front of us. We can choose one & then tell each other what ever we feel about the one we chose, even write it down if we want to have a record to refer back to.
After talking about each drawing & what it about the good & evil in them. I give you my evil spirit to hold, & you give me yours to hold.
We then lovingly look at the good Spirit, & treat it like a best friend. We find a place of safety & honour to keep the good Spirit drawing in, & then when ready say get out of my life to the evil spirit drawing, & ask each other to rip it up & put it in the garbage. No matter how we feel we have now seen that evil Spirit that we thought was us, is not, or we would not have been able to dispose of it. We are then left with the good Spirit & we try every day to let the good spirit be in control & reward yourself for being wise & strong. The evil spirit was just a thought & now its gone its just a memory that was deep down in our mind & can not harm us.
You could try that on your own if you want to?

I want a better life and to be a better person. I wat to kepe fighting but im tired too @Former-Member i keep stuffing up my friendships and no one seems to like me ive joined a social group starting soon and i hope it goes well but still really nervous too.
I like your idea of drawings. We can always try it virtually? Set up ome time tomorrow as im free all day and try ad draw one of them or both and upload the pictures on here?
