Life is about giving, loving, healing flows from a loving heart, whom purely wants to- just give!

I hope & pray, you will receive, Peace, Love, & JOY!... & healing in your heart! Amen xo <>< Bella 🙂

Re: Christian Chat

Romans 1:16
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile.” — Bible (NIV)

What’s happening here
This verse is like his mission statement—a bold declaration before he unpacks the whole message of grace in the rest of the letter.

Key ideas in the verse
“Not ashamed”
Paul isn’t shrinking back, even though the message of Jesus wasn’t popular (or safe) in the Roman world.
“The gospel” (Greek: euangelion)
Literally “good news”—the message of Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection.
“Power of God” (Greek: dynamis)
Not just words—this is active, life-changing power, like something that actually transforms a person from the inside out.
“Salvation” (Greek: sōtēria)
Rescue, healing, restoration—not just after death, but beginning now.
“To everyone who believes”
No barriers—this is open to all, not based on background or worthiness.

A short reflection
This verse feels like a quiet kind of courage. Not loud or forceful—but steady.
It’s saying: what God has done is real, and it’s enough.
Enough to stand on, even when the world doesn’t quite understand it.

Simple takeaway
The message of Jesus isn’t weak or fragile—it holds the power to change lives, and it’s for anyone who’s willing to receive it. 💚

Hi @heartathome , @DownMoreThanUp , @Appleblossom , @ENKELI , @tyme , @MissGremlin , @Shaz51 ,

Hebrews 1 (followed by Hebrews 2)

- In the past God spoke to the fathers by the prophets.

- But now God has spoken to us by His Son.

- God has appointed Him heir of all things and made the universe through Him.

- The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact expression of His nature, sustaining all things by His powerful word.

- After making purification for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.

- The Son is superior to the angels.

- Scriptures that show the special relationship between God and the Son, and that the Son is higher than angels.

- The angels serve those who are going to inherit salvation.

Hebrews 2

- Therefore pay attention.

- How will we escape if we neglect such a great salvation?

- Signs and miracles bearing witness to it.

- We see Jesus crowned with glory and honour because of the death He suffered.

- Jesus made perfect through suffering.

- Jesus purifies people from their sins.

- Jesus became like them and shared their human nature - so that through His death He might destroy the one holding the power of death.

- Jesus is a merciful and faithful high priest in the service of God, to make atonement for the sins of the people.

- Jesus can help those people who are tempted because He Himself was tempted and suffered.

Jesus had both God's nature and human nature. Being in a human body meant he understands temptation and suffering. Our merciful and faithful high priest.

@Realness "

So true!

And there is even more to it. For not only does Jesus know and understand human temptation and suffering, He overcome it all for us, and freely shares His ability, if we surrender our inability to Him. Always in Seed form so we can freely grow new life in His loving truth. (Holy Seeds grow really well when 'the old' has become our dirt of heart.🤣)

i love that and i know you all do too.

("Who despises the day of small things in the days of Zerubbabal?" warns the prophet Zechariah about our Lord's truth Alive in us here.)

@tyme I have a head cold and didn't sleep well so I've been resting today. I tested negative to flus and covid but honestly, the way I feel with this cold it might as well be the 'rona or flu!
I am hoping to get into the plants tomorrow if the weather is still nice.

No Funnings adventures, I had to go and buy potting mix - the last time I went I was with my bestie and we were too busy yapping to notice I had picked up 4 bags of mulch instead of potting mix! I might give it to mum for Mothers Day! 😁

Glad to hear you're keeping busy, I hope life is treating you as good as you deserve to be treated xo

@DownMoreThanUp The mustard seed parable is very special to me, I love it.

My Godkids used to pray a prayer about the mustard seed -

"I'm a little mustard seed

Lord, my faith is little too.

Please help my mustard seed to grow

So I can be like You."

I gave both kids a mustard seed to keep as a reminder. My Godson swallowed his. 🤣🤣

Hahaha! Enjoy the mulch lol! @ENKELI

It's really good to see that you are so up and active... I guess it's healthy to be like that. I really wish I prioritised getting out more often.

At least having a dog means I take her for a walk.

Very smart thing to do, you do not want to waste the good seed now do you?

Pondering Sweetly.

I'm pondering sweetly, reflecting God's graceful love,
Awakened by the voice of Father's loving grace,
Christ’s caring truth seeks much deeper communion
Consoling love lifting my spirit before God's face.

I'm pondering sweetly, reflecting God's loving truth,
Jesus' love redeems my spirit from earthbound plights.
Where upon the peaks of the highest mountain summit,
The finger of God, in my heart His commandment writes.

I'm pondering sweetly, reflecting God's caring way,
Watching His holy seed of loving truth germinate.
Fields of Heavenly harvest ripening in the sun,
Cherubic thoughts, angels in the sky to celebrate.

I'm pondering sweetly, reflecting God's awesome might,
Seeing — I AM, my Heavenly Father — everywhere,
no place can be found where He is not my inner light,
And most astonishingly — I am living life with Him there.
