Christian Chat

Hi my friends, this is Bella here, I thought how nice & lovely to have a Thread for Christians. I am not talking about Religion, GOD is Love, GOD gives free will to us all in the world. I have a relationship with GOD through HIS Word-The Bible, most of my life. I became a Pentecostal Christian many years ago. Would you like to come join me here in this Thread?

I am excited about starting it, you can just sit relax, chat about your love, for GOD & JESUS. Or post encouragement for others. Support, or be supported with Prayer. Hey, would you like to, Praise & post links to Praise & Worship music? Stories, or experiences, poetry, fun things to help us have a giggle, lovely pictures, photos, there are so many things you can post & chat about that will Bless & Build us up in The LORD! Life is about giving, loving, healing flows from a loving heart, whom purely wants to- just give!

I hope & pray, you will receive, Peace, Love, & JOY!... & healing in your heart! Amen xo <>< Bella 🙂

Re: Christian Chat

I read John 9 along with you @Realness Thanks for your summary! Healing someone on a Sabbath would have been a big deal back then. Old Testament law maybe? The pharisees were just looking for something to nab Him on. Jesus is available to us 24/7. 💚

Hello @Realness

I'm doing okay? My emotions are still confusing and intense but now I understand where they are coming from, I can try and keep them in check.

It was nice to catch up with the friends and the coffee was great, but I think maybe 4 shots was a tad too much coffee today! My stomach is saying so.

It makes me emotional to know that I'm in your thoughts and prayers Realness. 🥹 Thank you!!

How are you this afternoon? 💚

@REDLINEZ750 So good to hear you found God's grace. My heart rejoices your freedom from religion and finding your worth in Jesus. Our Dear Lord worked that in my heart as well. For The Truth is we are ALL Children of The Truth, and alive in The Truth of our Lord! Sadly we are fallen Children, for we have been brought up by the lies which have been ruling humanity down here for thousands of years. Raised by systems which do not acknowledge our Godly image, heritage and destiny, but treat us as commodities and have us numbered to die our true idenity their lies from birth to grave.

That is why Life in Christ's Spirit is so liberating and awesome! For we know that NO matter how badly we have fallen, Jesus will make straight what is crooked, heal what is broken, comfort the hurting, and bring us His Reign of Loving Goodness right inside.

Addiction with Jesus is not any major trouble i found. especially if it has to do with self medicating. Paul told me that everything is permissible but not everything is beneficial. Such have been awesome words finding healing from my addictions. For once i died to the demander in my addictive selves i may use at will any time there is benefit using medication. Follow this rule fighting addiction i could not overcome before have been most awesome in my life. And the freedom Jesus bought me has brought so much thankfulness and love for Jesus alive in my heart ass well as the will to never ever want to hear that crappy demand within always burning up the goodness, only ever making me feel bad after wards, only ever always being out of medication when in need as well as out of pocket.

Be blessed wearing your identity with pride in Jesus and y/our Heavenly Father.

@Realness Thanks thinking of me. i have had a really hard weekend. With only a little sleep, much sadness, and breaking away from how i used to do things, finally able to incorporating all my alters desires into my decision making processes.

i have been very deeply meditating on the book of Leviticus. Jesus has really opened my eyes to many things i had not understood before about His, and ours as His Chosen priesthood down here as well, on how He executes His Priestly duties as our high priest. The Book of Leviticus Jesus is using to teach me to heed Him within my own troubled inner world towards. Praying my own need for grace, forgiveness, God's blessings, and fellowship, as well as those of others He brings on my path.

My depressive mood has been helping this along a lot. For down deep it is not hard to mourn the loss of God's good life in myself or other. Also when depressed i long for His Coming more than in any other State of being. I have accumulated so much life in my depressive state that to see Christ's Priestly hand go over it is most wonderful, humbling and liberating. For He teaches me to be still, and wean on Him, where only troubled waters and heart ache were before. i know Jesus is going to raise me up to Himself in all my depressed/hurting life moods i may have life in so i may rule with, and beside Christ, instead of tormented in those dungeons below.

i know this may sound weird to you all, but i've been kind of excited each time i wake up depressed - and feeling unsaved - for now i realise Jesus is calling me to come to Him like that! For depression does no longer serve to make me suffer senselessly for years on end, as holding onto my old life has been like down there, but finding Him in my life there and live His love, goodness and freedom also down there. (It brings tears to my eyes relating this to you my friends. Jesus has been so good to me dying my anger.)

From The Grave Arise!

Do the dead praise God almighty,
heavy hearts enlighten souls?
Awaken, leave corrupt flesh rotting
anew God shall dress praising heart.

Why laying down in painful anguish?
Why all alone and down hearted be?
Deeply breath in Christ's love for you,
God's salvation freeing you Today.

Arise, arise, raise your voice on high!
Praise His glorious Name above all.
Adoring God who can tear you down?
Who dares interrupt Angels song?

Praising our Heavenly Father on high,
Heavenly abstinence from deepest low.
And so flying on Eagle wings means,
you're high above deepest valley!

Hello @DownMoreThanUp

I'm inspired how you are dealing with the depression and praise God for meeting you in it! I believe that's how God wants us, as we are on any particular day. Thanks for the poem and beautiful song. 💚

Re: Christian Chat

Hi @heartathome ,

Thanks for the update. Times like what I imagine you're experiencing at the moment are both challenging and thrilling.

This isn't the same thing but it's a little bit similar. For years I have gone to church as a single person. Because I read the Bible so much I have very strict, impossibly strict, requirements for a future husband. But every now and again I would meet someone who was a possibility. And it would be thrilling. Often when it happened I would think about how simpler and easier it is being single and I suspect the other person did also. But just the possibility opening up - I think it's important to enjoy such moments when people really connect.

Yesterday I heard from an old friend. From the church I was really involved with when I was eighteen onwards. I wrote to her today. Wrote about the last twenty years or so. Covered the breakdown briefly and my very quiet life. Most of all covered that I still love The Bible.

And then I wrote to another more recent friend. I hope I hear back from him. Another more recent church friend but someone I've never told about the breakdown. We use to write almost daily mostly about what we had been reading in the Bible. But to describe my life today I will have to include the breakdown and my medication impacted life.

I'm working my way through another sitcom. An English BBC one. Do you prefer English or American humour?

Life is quite good this afternoon.

@DownMoreThanUp ,

Come, Lord Jesus! Come!

Wouldn't it be wonderful if Jesus came and changed days of earthly suffering to heavenly bliss!

Leviticus is a good book to deeply meditate on. God's instructions were so specific. The Spirit is all through them.

May it help you face the challenges you are facing. I hope you get more sleep. Take care.
