im no eddspert id definetly say need another opinion @DownMoreThanUp one of my meds dropped me at first not a good feeling going down like that, being a bricky of the era you were in the game i know your tough as old leather and know your body better than anyone else gp or not

@REDLINEZ750 Thanks a lot. i managed to go to sleep after 11pm and slept just over 2 hours. The nausea is bearable now, and the horrible back ache has gone right down.

Hopefully i get some more sleep yet.

@ENKELI Thanks a lot for praying as you did Pain and not feeling well have always been issues with me in my alters. Usually i first fall for my paranoid alter, freaking not being well always overthinking the illness bit by 7 fold. And although i reckon yesterday must have been one of the crappies days in my life, yet i held onto Jesus and did not loose focus even when i was at my worst.

@REDLINEZ750 Thanks. It love Ephesians 6. Paull makes it so clear that we will overcome with Jesus. i know i have, and am overcoming, those who for so long overcame me. For if i had to win this battle i would have no hope whatsoever, but knowing Jesus did overcome for me, gives me the full hope of His Victory.

@ENKELI @REDLINEZ750 Thank you so much for your support. The nausea is finally passing and my back ache is now bearable and becoming less by the hour as i unwind the inner tensions of the last few days.

i have had hardly any sleep, so this will be important now that i catch some decent hours (at least 4 hours in one go) in my first sleep, and that it will not be my last.

It has been so good to experience your support.

Still in a bit of a pickle friends. i have slept around 16 hours since Sunday which i rather short. i have tried 3 times to gwt a nap today but did not. At the moment it is 11:30 normally i be asleep without any help. Today i took a sleeper, already more than 1 1/2 hours ago, i have not even noticed it.

ii have had no crappy stuff happening so far but i'm on full alert.

Please keep me in your prayers that i might break this crappy pattern with insomina which always psychs me into psychotic episodes if not stopped in time.
