@heartathome @rav3n Thanks for praying. Although it was a major deal and it took 4 people her bad tooth is out and our girl is happy and so are we!😀
At first my wife thought i better hold her hands, seeing she is so strong, and my wife would hold her head, for they did not have a bracket to keep her face in place. All went well, even putting eye covers on, until the dentist gave her the first needle. She violently twisted her head away, which my wife could not stop her from doing, and this ripped the needle out of her mouth. Then she ripped the eye covers off, sat up, and began to cry.
We both understood we needed to swap places. For our girl had not even tried using her hands, but rather had firmly grabbed my hands as i was holding hers while violently shaking her head instead.
The dentist was great though. For as she was administering the needle i could see she was not taking any chances they way she did this. (from along the side, rather than from the middle of mouth) And our daughter's sudden movements did not take her at all by surprise, but she skilfully made sure our girl did not get hurt taking it safely out of her mouth. (She did rather violently bite her tongue though, for she clamped her mouth shut without being able to feel where her tongue was inside her mouth doing that, straight after the second needle.)
It did take us awhile calming her down though. We could see the wisdom both going, for the effort it took us to get her to relax showed us this. also swapping places worked for good. For i had no trouble keeping her head still, and got our girl to trust the dentist enough to give her another two needles, even though they hurt her, and fill a big hole, without repeating her first performance.
Again the Dentist was great! She explained everything she was going to do, and let her listen to the sounds it made before she would use it inside her mouth. We know this is essential with our daughter, and although we often tell nurses and doctors few ever take heed and usually run a dead end with her. But this dentist knew very well how to put our girl to rest. Even making jokes about the sounds her drill would make inside her head. We were both rapt watching this dentist deal with our girl stressing so skilfully and professionally.
We are sure that next she has to have more dental work done, and this dentist is still works there, that our girl will have no troubles coming along.
Again thanks for praying. We are so happy with the results.

She was so happy with her rotten tooth in a plastic bag, along with knowing she had been very brave. Also because my wife had taken a photo of her laying on the chair with her eye covers on and her mouth open, (right at the beginning while the workers were not looking, and their faces would not be visible, for it was not allowed,😱) for now she can show off her bravery to her carers. And of course because that tooth was never going to hurt her again.
