Christian Chat

Hi my friends, this is Bella here, I thought how nice & lovely to have a Thread for Christians. I am not talking about Religion, GOD is Love, GOD gives free will to us all in the world. I have a relationship with GOD through HIS Word-The Bible, most of my life. I became a Pentecostal Christian many years ago. Would you like to come join me here in this Thread?

I am excited about starting it, you can just sit relax, chat about your love, for GOD & JESUS. Or post encouragement for others. Support, or be supported with Prayer. Hey, would you like to, Praise & post links to Praise & Worship music? Stories, or experiences, poetry, fun things to help us have a giggle, lovely pictures, photos, there are so many things you can post & chat about that will Bless & Build us up in The LORD! Life is about giving, loving, healing flows from a loving heart, whom purely wants to- just give!

I hope & pray, you will receive, Peace, Love, & JOY!... & healing in your heart! Amen xo <>< Bella 🙂

Re: Christian Chat

@ENKELI Sorry for not getting back to you earlier. i wrote a whole chat and then somehow lost it before i could send it and did not know how to get it back from auto save.

i'll try again!😁

I'm fully with you on this my friend. i know both are passionate people, hurting real pain, love, i love to see more acceptance, respect, and good will grow between us and us finding a safe place to be ourselves even i our most hurting states.

One thing i would like to comment on - you thinking God was so cruel in your life. For i used to think like you, but i do no longer, for i met true God about this deep down in my pit, Jesus in Spirit literally keeping me from falling to my death below in that bottomless pit. This was the end of the rule of that cruel god in me. That abominable concept i had made of god in my mind because life down here had hurt me so badly, and he had never done anything about that, me going through my hell, living satan's lies.

Honest this revelation of satan as the abominable god i had in mind feeling like this about God, Daniel and Jesus talk about, and turned out to be not just a switch of focus in my life, but an unbelievable deliverance of evil.

For at the time i was on my knees convinced i would burn eternal hell for i the psychosis i had only recently suffered i had cursed him to his face and raged at him all my anger and hate like i have never raged at anyone i my whole life. i even chased Jesus [edited by moderator] completely out of my mind in rage. i had no idea how on earth Jesus could ever save me from doing that and then Jesus came and told me who He and The Father REALLY were on the bottom of my pit. With me ready to do my self in to avoid even more punishment from on-high Jesus Brought from on high Alive inside of my heart as i have NEVER lived my faith before.

For i could clearly see that Jesus, as well as our Heavenly Father, in Spirit, have suffered, and are suffering all our pain, sorrow, judgement, curse and in our suffering they are closer to us than we can ever begin to imagine, suffering everything we do, their goodness and love getting us through it, making us stronger, teaching us truth, so that on the other side of our fall we be in His truth and no more that ugly truth of world's lies ruling misery down on all life lived.

So truly when you see Jesus on the Cross dying for your sin, He is demonstrating The Truth of our Heavenly Father to us, just like He said in john 14 he did and does. For even as the lies hurt us in our lives down here, so the lies also hurt God and Jesus, and therefore ALL life.

So now knowing God is not cruel to make me suffer, and lovingly and patiently works all things for good in my life. This has stopped my rage against God and Jesus at the time totally dead in me. i will never again blame God guilty of any wrong doing, but know i will always meet Him in THE CENTRE of

The Cross of my life in suffering the lies crucifying me down here.

This is why i love the song below so much. For years i cried out to a god who did not answer me, nor heal my pain, but always blamed me and made me feel bad being tormented by evil.

Yet now i know The True Father of Jesus Christ. Our God is Love and this is why i did not hear Him in my deepest pit, for sadly love had died my torment and lies i believed about myself because of all that, and i needed raising up from the dead big time. (Rev 20:1-6 does truly happen in Spirit)

(The words before the music starts is the truth about God i also found to be true. While RIGHT at the end of the video, the singer expresses both our cry to god saying that the misery suffered was too much for us, life in lies ruling us misery down deep. See what you think.)

Re: Christian Chat

@Appleblossom I thought I'd replied to you but obviously didn't...duh!

Yes I am.wary of using verse to support an argument because so many times people use it to support their bad behaviour or to belittle Christians.

I remember a friend of mine gleefully telling me that the actor Ian McKellen would rip out Leviticus of every Bible he found when he stayed in hotels. I was disgusted.

My former friend would throw a verse at me, telling me how awful I was and it got to the point where I shut down and didn't open my Bible for several months. I've only just started getting over her so I am still sensitive to the act of using Scripture to support a personal belief or behaviour.

Anyway I hope you have a lovely week 💗

@ENKELI @REDLINEZ750

I shared this with a friend last week

"I love it when God reminds me how precious i am to him

I was in a local op shop yesterday and i saw this smoothie tumbler that has proverbs 31:25 on it from $15 down to $3, so i grabbed it

I just made my coffee and that same verse is on my favourite coffee cup that I've had for years"

The Surprising Truth About Mustard Seed Faith! #christian #jesus #bible

In response to: Re: Christian Chat

Re: Christian Chat

@REDLINEZ750 never apologise for posting stories like that my friend. I love that.

I taught my Godchildren the mustard seed prayer and my Godson in particular loved it. He would say it every time it was his turn to say grace. I gave both kids a mustard seed to refer to as well. Unfortunately Godson ate his!

I'm a little mustard seed,

Lord my faith is little too.

Help my mustard seed to grow,

So I can be like You.

It's a very simple prayer for kids but I always remember the story of the mustard seed, being as the lady on the short explained it.

Thanks again for sharing 🫂🤗

@REDLINEZ750 said "thats learning to use the entire words toolbox is that right?"

Sorry lovely, I'm not sure what you mean by that? (that's on me, not you by the way!)

Re: Christian Chat

@avant-garde that smoothie tumbler was definitely meant for you.

How are you going sweetheart? I've been praying for you and Jasmine. I read that she will need surgery. And how about you? Are you feeling better about your own upcoming surgery?

Re: Christian Chat

Thanks @ENKELI yes, I saw similar behaviour a lot and called it, “getting donged on the head about god, Not by god”. So it is not really my style. I spent a lot of time with Proverbs this year. Writing an essay about Song of Songs at uni 40 years ago, helped me have a broad and nuanced perspective.

Good luck with your cert 3. I actually started one once, it is one of the few courses I didn’t finish, lol, but it might be right for you. I had already done a lot of work for ATO, and ended up being weary by the financial part of the world. I moved towards sacred music, literature and counselling. I do believe we are all on different paths, horses for courses, etc…yes and need to find the meaning and best path possible as unique individuals.

@REDLINEZ750 Thanks for caring and including me. I will look at it.

hey @avant-garde that is beautiful and timely.🙏💙🍎

Re: Christian Chat

@Appleblossom I kind of have to finish the course as it has been paid for by the employment services organisation. I have started it and I don't like the way it is set out. I feel like I am back in kindergarten with the way it is presented. The online bot asks a question, gives you multiple choice answers and when you select the answer the bot says "Right on!" or "You got it!" Yeah, not my style of learning but to each their own, like you said!

I have done many courses from Computing back in 1990 at the Academy of Performing Arts (part of my sound engineering course) to Safe Driving with Telstra when I was using their fleet vehicles. At Telstra I had to do a security and privacy course every year because we were dealing with sensitive information of customers. As the band Redgum said, my name is in a databank at ASIO!

I have never done any financial work and it's been my downfall in a lot of jobs because a lot of business admin positions want accounting experience. I am from a time when companies hired admin staff and accounts staff separately. Now they save money and combine the 2. And of course I am competing with the mentality of a lot of companies that want juniors so they don't have to pay them as much.
