I'm hearing what you're saying about all the negative stuff and how it's overwhelming and can very easily overload someone. I try to be no part of that for anyone else. However, sometimes (to often!) it's a case of me or them. And I need to subtlety and gently speak my mind, or hold grudges and have to fairly and righteously judge.

A new thought! If I had the support I needed. I think it would make life much more better and easier. I need a friend who visits me for themselves and not for me. Does that make sense?

How did you contact someone else from the forum? I thought that wasn't aloud.

Medication side effects are my main issue. Weight gain. Lethargy. Drowsiness. Low sex drive. Among many many other negative side effects which don't help. However, the professionals who are paid to be in my life would disagree. It's disabling in it's own right.

Way too much spare time on my hands. Not enough stuff to occupy myself with. Churned out bye the mental health system. Way to much negative stuff going on which is caused bye others or reality (which clashes against what I think my reality should be) does that make sense? Expand with your own experience and interpretation if you want?

Hi wow you are here, yes it makes sense to me. At the moment people can not make contact off the Forum. Yet if people are serious & have built a strong & caring relationship over a period of time, I suppose they can write a letter, or speak to a member of SANE AU who is in charge of things requesting some way of contacting a person?
I think it would be something for certain members of a Board of Sane Management to consider at least.
I believe it is about building & firm foundation while using SANE FORUM then making a sensible decision based on communication & peoples levels of Menatl stability, & compatibility, & Spirituality, as far as I am concerned.
In here is still a time of relationship & growing together in fellowship, Friendship, & love!

Yeah that sounds logical to me. Hopefully it does for them also. (sane management)

I've spent about 3-4 hours this afternoon. Just lazing around in bed. It happens way to often.

Yes I always stay up far too late at night, & then sleep until I need the bathroom in the moning then go back to sleep until lunch time. The fix all my Fur Kids up & play with them do some cleaning. Then go rest again sometimes in the lounge room other times on my bed day dreaming & praying. then back out to feed Fur Babies eat something, I hardly ever cook as I eat heathy food & I am a vegetarian so I really do not need cooked food I eat raw vegies I did from a tiny child. Some how I squeeze some time for personal things like showers & girl things in between the other things! I have a lot to do because of my Fur Kids! If not I would really be lonely bad!! I still miss human touch & conversation as long as its decent & not aggressive, I can not handle aggression & I will not get involved I got PTSD from abuse & I never want to go back to that NO WAY!!

That message sounds like the routine I was getting into when I gave up smoking. It was really good feeling actually. Freed from life controlling addictions for 20 days. It was great. I hear what you're saying about aggression. Not good at all. I've suffered from many bouts of rage. But it's settled down since being on medication. However it does come back from time to time. Not sure what it is caused bye. Head injury. Mental illness. Pharmacy drugs. Illegal drugs. Stress. Not sure? But literally! I can loose control so easily. Don't want to put you off. But yeah. Got to be honest about it. Usually happens when alone.
