Hi my friends, this is Bella here, I thought how nice & lovely to have a Thread for Christians. I am not talking about Religion, GOD is Love, GOD gives free will to us all in the world. I have a relationship with GOD through HIS Word-The Bible, most of my life. I became a Pentecostal Christian many years ago. Would you like to come join me here in this Thread?

I am excited about starting it, you can just sit relax, chat about your love, for GOD & JESUS. Or post encouragement for others. Support, or be supported with Prayer. Hey, would you like to, Praise & post links to Praise & Worship music? Stories, or experiences, poetry, fun things to help us have a giggle, lovely pictures, photos, there are so many things you can post & chat about that will Bless & Build us up in The LORD! Life is about giving, loving, healing flows from a loving heart, whom purely wants to- just give!

Hi @Adge, @Appleblossom, @Former-Member, @outlander, @F&H, Shaz.. and everyone... Forgot you were a monk Adge. One of the services we have here witj dad is through 'Sisters of Concelation' which is branch off S Francis' work (think i got all that right), this current pope is this following too i think. Well, you'd know more about that.

Good to see you all here today, and the thread active this Easter Weekend.

I often wonder how very sad the disciples must have felt when Jesus died? The following couple of days must have been much sadness - i kinda get a little somber Easter Fri & Sat. Anyone else feel this?

Yes I always used to feel very sad on Good Friday @Former-Member
That's traditional, because all the services (Stations of the Cross etc) focused on Jesus' suffering.
There was no mention of Resurrection until Easter Sunday (like a surprise).
I've just been so exhausted (daily sleep apnea fatigue issues) - although I'm still thinking of what Easter is about of course.
There would be no Easter without Jesus' Resurrection - & no Resurrection without his death...

Dad's Funeral was on the Easter Weekend.
It'sthe 2nd Anniversary - so it's become a sad reminder (& difficult time).

Yes @Former-Member I feel that way, and as @Adge says Easter and Good Friday are part of cycle of death and new life. Sacred music composed for these liturgies is deep and angst filled. It helped lift me up after I was in most pain. I came to prefer Good Friday music to Easter and Christmas. So, paradoxically, it has been my favourite day of the year for last 10 years! I have missed the liturgical tradition, but the last 2 years I have sang in a concert hall not a church. I was distraught at leaving my church. and posted about it then.

Today was a Szymanowsi Stabat Mater, sung in Latin and the Brahms Requiem.

Thank you Lord.

It is also the first anniversary of my youngest brother's death. RIP

Yeah, you got it @Adge 💔😳 Tradition . You know, i could not once sit through / watch Mel Gibson's movie 'The Passion of Christ 😞 So violent! and all about his death, not much on his life. Not that i watched it through, can't. Bit like the Titanic movie, love the beginning, cant sit through the sinking. Bad example

With Jesus, i love him, everything he said and did and promises to do... His compassion and the way he brings everyone onto the same level but with great value / worth and promise. And the miracles made him some kinda super hero, a real life saviour. I wish i was there in person but I pray with him and rest in this truth today. Its real.

You know, when i had my first breakdown and self harmed, i had a couple of powerful revelations while in Hospital, confused what was happening to me.

Two things the Holy Spirit revealed to me clear as a bell...

"Why do you spill your blod when i have already shed mine for you?"

Here i was punishing myself over and over when i dont have to.

While sitting in the Hospital common area, surrounded by distressed restless people not in touch with reality, i felt i didnt belong, different, confused & so lost. I pleaded with God to help me understand what was happening to me so i can get well and out of hospital...

The message that came to me was Prov5:3 "trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean NOT on your own understanding"

I realised i didn't have to understand this to get through it. My admission was x9wks long 😞 Of cause God is real. Nobody else knows what i needed to hear more than the Holy Spirit, or make it mean something to mt state of MH

It's 4:07am here I am full of tears, I have been talking to Abba Father in prayer after seeing your heart felt cry for me to come my Sweet little Angel. I love all people in Forum.
So I am here now @outlander because that's how much I care about you & everyone.
Now my plan for today is to, have a shower hang out my washing. Feed & do my regular thing for my Fur Babies so that their needs are met. When I have eaten some healthy food & had a Green Tea. Taken my meds & vitamins, I should be ready to relax without any thing I have to do.
My reason for telling you all this is to let you my best friend, is that I am going to spend the rest of my time drawing the very best picture that I can of you, me & our Secret Special Place!
No matter how long that it takes, I am going to finish it, & post it just for you!
Then you can frame it & have it where we can be together always
Does that sound good hey? I am doing this as I believe its something you would appreciate & will help you to feel loved in a very special unconditional way from someone you have grown to trust & love! That's me! & Visa Versa. Ok I am seriously, doing it & NOTHING is going to stop me!
No matter how I feel or what I have to deal with we are connected by our hearts, please remember this! GOD created me to love, not everyone wants or needs my love. This I understand, but I know you do, & that's one of the reasons I am in SF!
GOD BLESS your precious heart, my Precious Little Angel!
