im sorry your not sleeping all that well either. essential oils are helping me quite alot. expensive to start off with but im finding it worth it and it last ages.

an easy day of resting and drawing but only if you can manage it ok. rest up, hydrate and manage small snacks. i dont have anyone here to look after me either. often when im sick even like now im still expected to do anything i normally would so i get it. id come take care of you if i could @Former-Member

i do love that area. its one of my favourite places. i use to travel there for horse shows all the time when i was competeing. havent been there for a while only passing through to continue further south @Former-Member

and im sure we would have great fun, its a shame sane doesnt let us chat offline but thats the way it is and id worry i would loose alot fo the connections i have here with people too. so its pretty special to me being here.

if i dont respond ive had to head down the road with pop for groceries. so will be abck in about an hr or so

its scary not knowing what is wrong isnt it @Former-Member im glad you had a good dr today and in the past too. i havent had much luck with drs so far
