I am SO SCARED

Hi
After being in hospital for 3 weeks and then been continuing with ECT as an outpatient. ECT has definitely helped to lift my depression and has helped me become more confident in myself HOWEVER I am so scared that once it finishes my mood is going to crash again and if this happens I dont feel like I will have the strength to get through it and keep myself alive. Sooo the depression has lifted which i never thought it would, but now im feeling so ANXIOUS SCARED and like a "crazy" impulsive borderline. my support worker is taking me to my psyc hologist appointment next week and im scared about what will happen. I want to try and keep myself together until after the new year at least but I don't know if I can. I have another ect session tomorrow morning so i will try to talk to my dr then about my worries.

I find myself back here again. After the ECT treatment I had a month of better moods but im sad to say SH thoughts are back and terrorising me and I dont understand, I have been trying to keep busy and distract myself but i am really scared. After all the times I went to hospital in crisis last year I dont know if I can go through it all again. I think Iv finally got centrelink off my back for a while but I still feel stressed. At the moment I'm seeing my psych every fortnight (thankgoodness she lets me bring my dog) and gp every other week. Idk what else to do. Sad. Feel like ive failed. Again.

I see psychologist monday. It feels so long away.
What to do, what to do.
I shouldn't, but I want to. 😞
