TRIGGERRED!!!!!
I have been really badly triggerred. None of my coping strategies are working.
It is triggerred all my csa stuff and i really cant handle it!!!!

I know how hard life can be, I know how much you care for so many me included I know how much stress the pain in your body causes I know how bad those Night Mares can be I know how lonely you get & how much you need & want a special close friend to trust & share wonderful time with I know how you feel to be unappreciated & used I know how you feel abandoned by family & let to just feel all alone I know how all that feels & other things that build up inside you I know how all that feels because I love you & I go through it all the time!! I am here to understand you & not push you away! people need people that's how GOD created us to be, he didn't want us to suffer I don't want to suffer & I don't want you to keep suffering I care

I know & understand 100% I feel it I am in it with you PRECIOUS I will not let them win they want us both to suffer they have very BIG problems we trusted them both now look they don't care we do!! I can not stop my head from aching that's why I had to go before I tried to get some rest but was woken up with dog & phone I stumbled like a drunk person!!! I understand all we did do was love & play never hurt anyone NEVER! They got jealous now we suffer no good not fair!!
