TRIGGERRED!!!!!
I have been really badly triggerred. None of my coping strategies are working.
It is triggerred all my csa stuff and i really cant handle it!!!!

Ok thanks @bubbles,
Had a pretty crappy day yesterday and last night but better today.
My partner is in a fair bit of pain with two badly injured knees but he’s asleep atm
So I’m getting washing done, doing some painting and resting.
Kids out of the house, so just me and my mate Bob 🐶

such a fragile thing online relationships when we are sick in particular ... makes us very vulnerable. I would hate to lose NellBell she is like a rock to us all. She is like a flower that bends in the breeze but doesn't break.
If we lost her it would be very sad ...
