TRIGGERRED!!!!!
I have been really badly triggerred. None of my coping strategies are working.
It is triggerred all my csa stuff and i really cant handle it!!!!

@outlander Just the nightmares again. See the pdoc next Tuesday so will speak to him about another med change.
Off to my sons Xmas morning at school 😬😬😬 Hopefully I don’t retreat to the car!!!

Good idea or at least something to counteract them @Former-Member i had one that was good for nightmares but boy did it make me sick. On those meds i loat weight so quick and fast i looked sick like physically sick. Wasnt worth not having the nightmares lol
No im not really ok but the stuff i did with @Sans911 yesterday relieved some of that pressure i was feeling. I now have a 'worry box' i think thats the term for it...
Ive got work today and abit of house chores. Preparing for a bigger weekend as ill have the kids most of the weekend and they want to go shopping ao im going to tryand go shopping with them.
Have fun at your sons xmas things. I believe in you. Youve got this!
