TRIGGERRED!!!!!
I have been really badly triggerred. None of my coping strategies are working.
It is triggerred all my csa stuff and i really cant handle it!!!!

@Sans911that is a very good question and I can see where you are coming from. I think I would love to meet you ladies irl, but then I like this forum being anonymous. It makes it easier to open up. I think it comes down to irl I would never have been in a position to meet anyone like you two or others on this forum.

I am going to bid you all good night. Still groggy from last night and taken some meds tonight to help me sleep (well hopefully!) and need to go do some self care. I hope you all get some sleep tonight and will talk to you all tomorrow.
