Yes really @Evie1. What @Zoe7 says is very true. I remember well, the state I was in 4 days after 'the event' many years ago, and cant imagine doing what you've done. I did not have your bravery or strength, I only wish I did. I hope you follow up with some counselling, as it is worth it in likely preventing bigger issues down the track. Very proud of you.
