hi guys so im usally really regular with my medications
i have no idea what has gotten into me whether its forgetting or being too tired i dont know but ive just realsied i havent taken my ADs for 3 days and i dont know what to do.
do i stay off them and get back to gp or go back to taking the dose ive been prescribed.... what would you do?

Have you thought about getting you meds in a webster pack? I have had to do thathas i am on six different meds. Makes it easy to see if you have taken them. Chemists charge a small fee. Well worth it for peace of mind

im usually really good wiht my meds. theres only 3 regular ones i take but have another 2 for when needed. thanks for idea, if i keep forgetting ill definently look into it more @Chris

HI outlander,
If you are missing your dose, I suggest buying a "Pill Caddy" from the Chemist. Its like 5 bucks.
Its marked Am & Pm Monday to Sunday. Fill them up and you will never miss another dose again.

Dear @outlander without going into specifics of medications, did you know that your chemist can make you up Webster Packs? There are sheets with your medications put in bubbles of plastic clearly marked with the day of the week and morning/noon/night. You can immediately see if you have taken your medications. Also you do not have to count out pills, the chemist does all that for you and they are there ready to take. Ask your chemist about it.
