Ok. Well if you own the wall that's fine. If it is someone else's wall I am guessing there will be negative consequences. I have to go to sleep now. I hope you find a way to dump your anger that doesn't further complicate your life. It is 100% ok to feel angry but it is not ok to cause harm to others in the way you express your anger. Anger sucks. I really hope you find a healthy way to dump it tonight Jay.

try beating up a pillow next time and smashing it around the bed. Takes out a lot of anger and you won't have a sore hand afterwards.
