im doing abit better today. yesterday was pretty rough. today im just doing some house cleaning, had to take pop to do a few things which is done now. we are also getting a chrisco delivery so we are waiting for that as well

yeah a major trigger sent me flying off the railings yesterday but im doing abit better today. i jsut have to stick to a few certain threads for now @MDT
we are having a cleanup here too but slowly as still recovering and becasue i can only do one room at a time so thats the plans for today.
