under 30s thread

under 30s thread

thought it might be cool to get everyone under 30 years old to share their experiences on the forum
just to help each other with "young people stuff"

Re: under 30s thread

@Former-Member hey there, I just popped over to say hello as well. I see my lovely forum friends have been really supportive of you. And then I saw your stuff about tactile gardening. Totally awesome idea. I love touching plants and feeling all the different contrasts of soft, smooth, dry and papery, furry. I think maybe the plant you're referring to is something like Lambs Ear. And water features are so soothing. My very spoilt cat has a water foundation which I hear at night, but in the morning the sound of it just adds to my urgency to pee!

Oh yes @Sans911 - the peeing issue - to water feature or not to water feature - I suppose it depends on how quickly you can make it to the loo LOL

Re: under 30s thread

@Former-Member I just had another idea (don't fall over lol) You could have a series of different types of taps on a wall - each one when turned on could let out water in different patterns/forms eg. a fine spray, a drip, running water etc. The kids could then feel what water feels like when it 'runs' in different ways.

Re: under 30s thread

@Zoe7 @Former-Member

Well, depends on 2 factors. 1. How light it is when I wake up- often it's 5:30 to 6am. 2.if there is a grey 4 legged meowing, hungry monster running in & out of my legs, it gets pretty tricky

Re: under 30s thread

You are doing one thing right as we chat @Former-Member - you have settled enormously, you are chatting about your future business and you are thinking of your little sister.

Why did your mentor get angry - What did you do LOL
