sorry for not responding earlier @melbournegirl its been a really rough day full of arguments, helping people, and an accident tha ti needed to go to the drs to get treated for so its been a really long and stressful day. not good for someone who could have stomach ulcers and thorws up under all this stress.
glad you get a few days off work. have you got anything planned other than psych appt? good luck for that appt too
