Well, I'm actually over 30... almost x2
I write most days, love hearing peoples journeys in life, favourite foods, so many, love to cook. Recent change to vegan, 98%, lifechanging, feels great!
A few months ago discovered I have BPD, devastating and liberating.
Life makes more sense now.

I've actually just began DBT last week, lovely counsellors and looking forward especially being amongst others like us.
