Hi @Former-Member,
Welcome to the forums. That ultra sucks that you got banned from the RO forum for 2 weeks. That doesn't sound helpful at all. It's cool that you know @TheVorticon from RO though. As soon as you mentioned skateboarding I thought of introducing you to TheVorticon.
I noticed you asking if others here have PTSD. Yes, there are quite a few people with it. If you do a search of PTSD in the search bar quite a few threads will come up.
Have you found anything at all helpful in coping with your anger? I find that when I'm super angry, I need to get it out in some physical way. For me this usually means hitting a pillow on the floor or on my bed. Other people find physical exercise helpful. The rules I follow when dumping angry feelings are that it is absolutely totally ok to feel angry and it is absolutely totally ok to get the anger out, so long as I don't harm myself, others, or property in the process. I'd love to hear what sorts of things you have tried @Former-Member - only if you would like to share of course. ![]()

@Former-Member Yeah it is super hard managing giant angry feelings. I have broken quite a few things in my time too. That's why now I go for the pillow on the floor trick. It gets the feelings out just as much as smashing things, but doesn't do damage to anything. In the past, I have also ripped up newspapers or telephone directories (which sadly no one has anymore because everything is online). Telephone directories are awesome to shred when you have giant angry feelings. The directory used to get delivered every year and for quite a few years mine never lasted more than a couple of months before I grabbed it and shredded it in a rage. Newspapers work super well too though.
It sounds like you are quite young, is that right? I'm wondering if maybe @outlander and @MDT might be around your age.
