i have a bit of an appetite this morning but its not strong..
i am really just done with caring so much about getting better..
tomorrow i have uni class in the morning then if my moods allow me i will focus on applying for a coupld of jobs advertised through uni. I also need to start an essay due in a week that i was hoping to make a start on with the lecturers help. But with one week left it doesn't look good.
I don't care about that tbh.
I'm so over waking up thinking there is no point to my life or that its boring etc.
these are hard times..
walking bores me and i worry people will see me.. people who i once knew well...
i just feel really empty and or bored as well as anxious and depressed.. such a crap combo..
i can't take it...
i am really just done with caring so much about getting better..

Hi @MDT im not much help today sorry. Pretty much feeling the same way as you after having a shite night.
I hope you can do something nice for yourself and maybe start the essay even if its just a few dot points organising your thoughts on what to write

I can relate to a lot in your post, @MDT.
It is so hard to move past those ‘what’s the point’ feelings. (I wish I had a magic solution.)
When you’re feeling so overwhelmed by everything, I would suggest maybe trying not to take on too much. Maybe focus on getting the essay written, before you worry about applying for jobs? I know you’re worried about what the future holds, but I also know you’re feeling really down. I know when I’m really down, the only way I can get through each day is in teeny-tiny baby steps or bite-size pieces. It's so difficult to pull motivation from emptiness—I get that. I'm sorry everything is so hard right now.

i always think its good when people who are dealing with similar things just say so rather than try to help or give counsel

I am having a bit of a "what's the point ?" day ..... but I know that that is just my thoughts talking ...... part of what streams through your head all the time ...... "gee, its hot today ......I don't think that dress suits her very well ..... each to their own ...... what a cute dog ..... I wonder if I will see dolphins today ...... what is the point of trying to keep holding my family together when the waves are this big ? ...... maybe I won't feel like this tomorrow ...... they are just feelings after all ..... that coffee smells great ..... dontcha hate loud cars ? ..... what's the name of this song again ?"
Maybe I won't feel like this tomorrow. I don't have to listen to every thought that streams through my head, but there are times when that is a hellavalot easier to say than to do .....
I hope this helps someone else .....
