@Sans911 i have to finish a damn essay which i dont care for...
i also have to go to training for a job i am doing on melbourne cup day..
i was going to go to the gym before all this but i just dont have the energy or enthusiasm..
i still feel like a loser..
it seems like that will just be the default for me

@MDT,I know essays are very hard ,feel like you will never finish and feel satisfied with the end result especially when you are struggling.You are nearly there,keep that in mind...and the training for cup day hopefully will be respite.I know,I feel the same negative thoughts about myself,but please from someone who retreated because she felt like a loser/failure keep the momentum going!💕
