@MDTcan you do something before hand to try and keep yourself calm. Write breathing or a key word or two on your hand that you can look at if you feel youself getting nervous or starting to panic.

Hi @MDT,
I've just taken some time to read through this thread from the beginning and I resonate with many of the statements you made about uni. Also being in my last year of a long and hard degree, I have felt overwhelmed, disheartened, and incredibly tired. I think one very important thing to remember is it isn't necessarily abnormal to feel this way at the end of a degree. You might find that some of your peers feel the same way too. I find that when I am really struggling with things in my life, I try my very best to take a step back and see whether how I am thinking/feeling/behaving is coming from a place of BPD traits or coming from a place of 'normality' (.... I hate that word but I can't think of a different one). I have certainly looked around at my uni mates who are not 'mentally ill' and see that they have similar concerns, which in a strange way comforts me because I know that I am reacting just like anyone else. I'm not sure if that is helpful for you, but that is a technique that I try to use.
Best of luck with your assessment tomorrow - go ahead and ace it! 🙂
