Did you read that email @Sans911 he does still hurt me mentally sis. Thats the problem. Its never going to end.
Last yr he actually sent me a card cant remember if it was birthday or xmas but he still done it all the same.

And downstairs hurts. I cant go to the bathroom for th next few hrs either which means no drinking. I just want it all to stop.
