Life goes on @outlander and it seems to have to keep facing unpleasant things
Of course you are scared - I can be a freak-out when I have to have something done - I rattle on and on
So I do get it - I understand - and of course you will have to have this test - and it will bring back horrid memories - I get that
Counting - I count - and imagine I am anywhere else - I have learned to meditate
In time you can learn to do this but tomorrow - perhaps not
Being so scared must be draining you - I understand - it is scary
But whether I am on-line or on my phone or whichever - I will be there with you

Thanks @Owlunar ❤ life just seems so shite. Ihate living it really. I have only one reason to live and i question if its enough alot of the time. I have made an attempt to end my life 6 months ago. It just seems to keep on coming doesn't it. Never ends. Why couldnt i just have a normal body and get arthirits when im older

@outlander- don't think of the blood tests as happening to you. Think of it as just another procedure that's being done.
