I am really sad that you are going through so much physical and psychological stuff atm - and for a long time now - and it's okay that I feel sad about it - it's my choice to feel sad and it is a really bad place you are in. How else should I feel?

I was reading back on your thread - I was busy over the weekend and didn't come into the forum so I did missed a lot - but I am here now

Of course you deserve all the help you are getting - one reason you need it is that you feel as if eveyone else in the queue needs the help more than you do - and this is just a feeling - not the reality - you deserve the help, the tests, the posts, all the people that do help in some way - and I am okay myself that all this is being offered. We all deserve the best the system has to offer

But about your psychologist - ah - what is she offering you if you refrain from SI and SH. She says she can't help you - and you know - that is her failing not yours. It's not at all right that she has stopped you from talking about this - if she has told you this then I think this is against medical ethics - if you are have SI then it's part of the MH programme that this is wrong - I have had this explained to me some time back - if you are feeling you have SI etc you need to talk about it -

So I don't know what more to say about that - it's not good

And it does seem as if your physical health has taken a nose-dive in the last few days - this is not good either - I hope things improve

And I know physical pain - it can be destructive and when you add it to your other issues that makes a huge load
