I dont know how much longer i can keep going on like this anymore. I feel completely defeated right about now

@Former-Member all good. A couple of women singers entertained us for a bit(they were great local acts), there was a few speeches, and then our rally got underway through some of the busiest city streets. It wasn't a long march and not a massive number of women (about 20 or so) but they had loud voices to chant with. We got a few hecklers along the way, but nothing radical. I didn't stay after for drinks. That was enough for me. I just got in from taking public transport home.

Im in a cycle of whatever you want to call this and that would be sleep abit have some sort or nightmare or flashback then im up again but infeel so heavy and tired that i started to fall back asleep then some sort of dream . Been like it now aince I first went to sleep.
I hope your both sleeping now my angels ❤

@outlander definitely not asleep my angel. Only 9pm in my world.
Could you try and break the cycle your having @outlander by actually getting out of bed, getting a glass of water, then go back to bed? Just a thought

@outlander I wish I was asleep.
I am logging off now for at least awhile. These meds are playing havoc with me physically and mentally. I just need to just go lay. @outlander I hope you can get back to sleep, @Sans911 I hope you can get some sleep. I will hopefully speak to you tomorrow ❤️❤️
