Thanks sis @Former-Member im just so tired. I dropped a cup of tea earlier while the cup was full. Another thing to adf to the embarrassment list ine te past 24hrs.
Im not doing so well Nell i feel like demons are taking me but im tired to fight against them. Im questioning my self worth alot.

@outlandersis I understand completly. With sleep comes nightmares, completly get that. But unfortunately we both need sleep to function properly!! Sucks doesn't it.

Yeah it does @Former-Member i had to get back up out of bed. I went and layed down but im back up again now
