@outlanderin the app. store looking at JIgsaw Box. I use that app on my ipad. Helps me as a coping strategy and use it in my safety plan too.

i wanted to paint yesterday and was in a mood and they ended up all over the floor. it really upsets me when i want to paint and have time to paint/draw it changes so quickly. i had everything set up and out and ready to go and i sat down and i dont even know what happened- it was like a switch and i did the arm sweep across the table.

but i did manage to do some calligraphy yesterday. les brain power i suppose.

Sometimes our brain just switches like that. I have been dissociating more and more lately so understand what it is like

its hard and scary isnt it @Former-Member worries me when i drive 😞

im not sure whats coming over me but i have started feeling very unwell, esp physically. i might have to go lay down for a bit
